Position SummaryDirectly supervise clients in treatment at Silver PinesEnsure clients abide by program schedule and clinical requirementsEnsure the health and safety of all clientsCoordinate and support psycho-educational groupsEnsure the cleanliness and safety of the treatment facilities.Mentor and support clients in a professional mannerPosition ResponsibilitiesMaintaining a safe and secure environment by cleaning and reporting any hazardsHelp Clients by providing information, services, and assistanceSupport clients to travel when necessarySupport clients to engage in treatment plansSupervise and implement program scheduling around groups, 12 step meetings, etc.Supervise and implement rule compliance by clients around, possession of restricted items, community integration, scheduling, chores, etc.Coordinate and assist in implementing psycho-educational groupsDocument and report (to leadership) client issues and concernsSupport fire safety and physical wellness of clients by completing 30 min checks on all clientsComplete other duties and tasks as assigned

Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Education and Experience
Minimum of high school Diploma1 Year experience in the human service field providing direct support preferredKnowledge and experience with 12 step and disease model recovery supports1 year experience in customer service or general service industry preferredKnowledge and experience with basic Microsoft software packagesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsDrivers License and at least 5 years of driving experienceEnthusiastic and compassionate personalityAbility to physically lift up to 15 pounds, at times up to 50 poundsMust have a functioning cell phone that is able to make and receive phone callsPHI access role: Care CoordinatorPhysical Requirements
