Call Center Officer - Remote Work

Job Description:

Energy Transfer Equity is seeking a reliable and dedicated Call Center Officer to join our team in a remote work capacity based in Charlotte, North Carolina. This part-time role at an Associate Level requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar position.

Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls from customers inquiring about products or services2. Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer concerns and resolving issues efficiently3. Utilize creativity and persuasion skills to upsell products or services to customers 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions 5. Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction 6. Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance job performance 7. Meet key performance indicators related to call volume, resolution time, and customer satisfaction

Requirements:1. Proven experience in a call center or customer service role 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written 3. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively 4. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail 5. Reliable internet connection and home office setup 6. Creativity and persuasion skills 7. Must be dedicated and committed to providing exceptional customer service 8. Comfortable with remote work and able to work flexible hours
