We're on the hunt for a Sales Representative to join our team. This is a job that is crucial to the success of our company. As the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for driving sales and revenue by building relationships with customers and closing deals. You might be thinking, 'That sounds like a big job!" Yes, it is! And we're looking for someone who is up to the challenge. You'll need to be a great communicator, a skilled negotiator, and an all-around sales superstar. And with great challenges comes great rewards.As the Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers and property managers, identifying new sales opportunities and closing deals. You'll be accountable to meeting sales targets and working collaboratively with other teams to ensure the success of our business development efforts.OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE ISA goal oriented, driven, fast-paced multi-taskerUnderstands the importance of balancing new opportunities while building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients/customersIs capable of multitasking, prioritization among competing requirements, and time-managementIs self-motivated and comfortable with translating basic guidance into actionable tasks to achieve sales goalsProactively arranges business meetings and one-on-one conversations with prospective clientsTreats all customers and co-workers with courtesy, respect, and consistencyCapable of independently managing schedule and completing requirements and projects on time and with efficient use of personnel and resourcesDemonstrates initiative, a willingness to learn new skills, problems solving, teamwork, and accountabilityROLE, RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DUTIES INCLUDE:Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.Preparing sales contracts; following company rules and guidelinesBrainstorming with the leadership and project management team to create new project strategiesResearching new potential client needs / capability gapsCollaborating with project management to develop, review, and updae timeframes and budgetsExecuting identified sales objectivesManaging multiple client accounts while initiation new client relationshipsFinding and following new sales leadsManaging records of sales, revenue, and other important dataDeveloping ways to improve the customer experience and build brand loyaltyPlanning and overseeing new marketing initiativesResearching organizations and individuals to find new opportunitiesIncreasing the value of current customers while attracting new onesFinding and developing new markets and improving salesOther duties as assignedJob Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.8+ years experience in sales, marketing or related field.Demonstration of strong communication skills.Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.Demonstrated experience organizational and time-management skills.Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.THE COMPANYRISING EAGLE CONSTRUCTIONRising Eagle Construction is a veteran owned, fully licensed and bonded Home Renovation company in Northern Virginia.
