Job Description:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Associate to join our team at DHL in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Business Development Associate, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth through identifying new opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and closing deals.

Responsibilities:- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends- Build and maintain relationships with potential clients through regular communication and networking- Develop and execute strategic business development plans to achieve sales targets- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients- Track and analyze sales metrics to assess performance and identify areas for improvement- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and network with potential clients- Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients to showcase our products and services- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to close deals and secure new business opportunities- Provide ongoing support to clients to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to remain competitive in the market

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field- Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or sales- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets- Energetic and adaptable personality- Strong emotional intelligence and research skills- Excellent communication and networking abilities- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite- Willingness to travel as needed
