Our preference is for an intern who can start immediately on a part-time basis, work full-time (40 hours/week) during summer break, and continue to work when school resumes. Your impact:The Platform Beyond Broadline Team is charged with working with vendor partners and facilitating our clients' request to join our Beyond Broadline/Non Broadline programs. The Beyond Broadline Business Analyst Intern will assist in the team with administrative duties to properly record, update materials and CRM records, and coordinate the Beyond Broadline marketing, sales, and training efforts for the Platform. This role will also require a "data literate" candidate to perform bulk uploads to our CRM and follow up on new enrollments to vendor partners. This position will report to the Senior Director, Beyond Broadline.Assist in outreach to vendor partners on outstanding enrollment requests and updating opportunity records in CRM (Salesforce) for trackingAssist in data entry and comparison activities, often referred to as "Market Baskets"Assist the Vendor Manager with the intake of new vendor onboarding materialsAssist with coordinating vendor training with BEP client facing teamsLearn and utilize our CRM (Salesforce) terminologyAssist with ad hoc documentation creation requests from provided templatesAssist with outreach to vendors for updating client facing materials and information on fileAssist in preparing analysis for ad-hoc requests; pull and analyze dataAbout you:Ability to work in 40 hours per week during typical business hours, including in our Lake Worth office Monday through Wednesday and from a remote location Thursday and Friday Progress towards bachelor's degree in business, finance, operations management, hospitality management, or a related fieldSome experience using Salesforce (or similar CRM) experience preferred Data analysis/financial analysis skillsProficient in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word/Excel/Outlook/Teams)Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills with the ability to work effectively with any level of position and limited supervisionComfortable with meeting virtuallyWhat's in this for you?
