Oversees business process analysis, cost/benefit analysis, design, and simulation for small-medium sized projects.

Responsibilities
• Analyzing current operational procedures and identifying problems• Working with business units to define process improvements• Ensuring alignment with group strategy• Reviewing system capabilities and workflow to determine feasibility of requested changes• Preparing time and cost estimates for projects• Writing functional specifications and performing system configuration• Coordinating system interface design and development• Preparing technical reports and documentation• Supporting the management of specific project elements• Researching and recommending process changes and automation
Requirements
• BA or BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Science, or Business or equivalent experience• 3+ years of experience in IT governance, system development, and project leadership• Basic knowledge of databases, operating systems, and IT infrastructure• Compliance and regulatory experience• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
