Job Title: Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Position Overview: We are currently seeking a talented and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team. The BCBA will play a key role in conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and overseeing the implementation of behavior intervention programs for clients across various settings, including homes, schools, and community-based programs.
Responsibilities: Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and other relevant assessments to identify the underlying causes of challenging behaviors. Develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans (BIPs) based on assessment findings and principles of applied behavior analysis (ABA). Provide ongoing supervision and training to behavior technicians and other staff members involved in implementing behavior intervention programs. Collaborate with clients, families, and interdisciplinary team members to set goals and monitor progress towards target behaviors. Utilize data collection methods to track client progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment modifications. Conduct caregiver training sessions to teach families and caregivers strategies for supporting skill development and behavior management. Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory standards and organizational policies. Stay current with the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA) and autism treatment. Qualifications: Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA) from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB). Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field. Minimum of 1 year of experience providing ABA services to individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. Proficient knowledge of behavior assessment and intervention strategies, including functional analysis and positive behavior support. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients, families, and team members. Experience supervising and training behavior technicians and other direct care staff. Ability to work independently and manage multiple cases while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail.
