Sending invoices to customers to request payment for services or goods provided Using documents to verify, record, and process transactions. Skills & Qualifications Computer skills Detail-oriented Math skills Multitasking ability to work on multiple tasks throughout the day Requirements Proven accounting experience, preferably as an Accounts receivable clerk or Accounts payable clerk Familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures Competency in MS Office Excel Well organized and attention to detail detail oriented Aptitude for numbers QuickBooks knowledge is a plus Ability to accurately and efficiently analyze data.
