What You'll Do
As a Benefits Design and System Support Analyst, you will be pivotal in providing expert knowledge and support to both our team and our clients. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Expertly managing and resolving tickets within our claims processing system.
- Adjudicating information across multiple software platforms.
- Upholding procedures set by leadership to maintain seamless operations.
- Identifying and amending Benefit Design inaccuracies and conducting financial audits to evaluate their impacts.
- Collaborating with multiple teams (Implementation, EDI, Clinical, Account Management) to ensure coherent benefit designs and resolve any issues.
- Developing and enhancing quality assurance measures for internal processes.
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of Protected Health Information (PHI).

Who You Are
The ideal candidate will have:
- A knack for organization and time management.

- An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- 2 to 3 years of experience in a PBM, health plan, pharmacy chain, or managed care organization.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Additional Details
- This is a full-time, remote position, requiring a standard Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility for occasional after-hours or weekend duties.
- No travel is expected for this role.
