This position will mix and serve drinks to hotel guests in the bar and restaurant.
What You Will Be Doing :
Takes orders from customers. Collects money for drinks served. Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies. Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks. Be knowledgeable of all in-house services as well as local information and be able to assist with customers inquiries.
