Our client is seeking an

Associate Attorney , with 2-5 years of

complex litigation

experience in state and federal courts, to assist in securities class actions, derivative actions, and individual litigation.

Responsibilities:
Assist with the development and prosecution of cases
Provide factual and legal analysis of potential and pending claims
Draft pleadings, motions, consolidated complaints, supportive role in discovery
Excellent research, writing and time management skills
