Assistant Pastry Chef

Passionate about pastries & bread ABOUT US: Buenos Aires Cafe was founded in 2005 by Chef Reina with the mission to bring our culinary roots to Austin. Through the years we have grown and expanded our family with our speakeasy in the basement of our downtown location. We are looking for a full-time pastry assistant with knowledge of bread, pastry, and plated desserts. The pastry assistant will maintain the restaurant's revolving dessert menu according to the recipes the head Chef has created.

Our pastry program focuses on classic Argentine desserts made from scratch.

Must be able to work with team, contribute to a positive work environment, execute recipes, and maintain a clean and organized work station.

The position requires early morning availability, 5 days a week.

Professional experience is required, though flexibility and trainability are more important than specific skills.
