Assistant Director

Join our team as an Assistant Director. Our school is dedicated to the positive development of our children and we believe that children should interact with people and materials in a learning environment as they develop their own unique concepts and ideas. We offer infant care through to early kindergarten in addition to drop in as well as before and after care. We are looking for someone to start immediately if possible.Responsibilities:Assist with tours and inquiriesInitiate and be able to carry out plans for solving problems and dealing with emergenciesProvide on-going daily communication to parentsAssist in monitoring daily staffing patternsMust be enthusiastic and motivatedStrong paperwork skillsAssume Director duties in her absence or in emergency situationWilling to assist in classroom when neededQualifications:Bachelor's degree is required.Childcare administrative experience is preferred.Childcare experience is required.Must be flexible to work any hours between 6:30am to 6:30pm Monday through Friday.
