Heres how youll make an impact on the team: Acquire and maintain an in-depth knowledge of Adobe's contract management process. Become familiar with the different types of contracts received. Learn and adhere to Company related procedures and processes. Manage the processing of incoming revenue generating contracts in accordance with established procedures. Set up and maintenance of customer records within systems of record per established procedures. Manage incoming queries. Status reporting Work with others within the team in order to achieve common goals and objectives. Quarter-end activity Business Continuity participation System testing Support other activities when required. Connect with the following departments to gather information to complete responsibilities: Internal Adobe Customers - Sales, Legal, Credit, Order Management, Finance. Heres what youll need to be successful in this role: Proven experience in a similar role Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience A familiarization with SAP, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook A general knowledge of the contract process at the commercial level An ability to multi-task, prioritize and work to a very high level of accuracy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills The enthusiasm to work as a great teammate Pay Range:
