Job Description:
World Fuel Services is looking for a part-time Administrative Associate to join our team in San Francisco, California. As an entry-level position, we are seeking individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are independent, confident, and possess strong project management and emotional intelligence skills.
Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to various departments within the company- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements- Assist with organizing and maintaining files and documents- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed- Collaborate with team members on various projects- Handle general office tasks such as answering phones and greeting visitors
Requirements:- 1 year of experience in an administrative role- Strong written and verbal communication skills- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks- High level of emotional intelligence and ability to work well in a team environment- Bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred
