Palmers Home Care LLC. seeks a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our Accounting team.You will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial records, ensuring accuracy, providing support to other Accounting department members, and supporting our organization's financial health.This position offers a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year based on your experience level.

Responsibilities
• Maintain and reconcile financial records using Excel and QuickBooks.• Prepare financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements.• Oversee accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.• Perform bank reconciliations and monitor cash flow.• Assist the Accounting department in budget preparation.• Ensure compliance with accounting principles and regulations.• Collaborate with the management and accounting team to provide financial insights and recommendations.• Ensure accurate and timely processing of invoices, payments, and collections.• Maintain records and resolve discrepancies.• Monitor company credit card transactions, reconcile statements, and ensure policy compliance.• Report unauthorized or unusual transactions.• Collaborate with payroll on timecard verification, deduction calculations, and accurate payroll disbursement.• Continuously learn and implement organizational accounting policies and procedures for financial integrity and compliance.• Other duties as needed.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field, such as Business Administration.• Three or more years of experience in the accounting field.• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with a preference for Microsoft 365.• Strong knowledge of Excel and QuickBooks.• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
