Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Account Support Representative to join our team at Amazon.com. This is a remote part-time position based in Dallas, Texas, US. As an entry-level Account Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients while working closely with our sales team.
Responsibilities:- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat- Providing product information and assistance with orders- Resolving customer complaints in a professional and timely manner- Processing product returns and exchanges- Collaborating with the sales team to ensure customer satisfaction- Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Energetic and dedicated personality- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work effectively in a team environment- Strong leadership skills- Basic computer skills- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required
