Job Description:
General Electric is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Austin, Texas. As an Associate Level role, this position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account management. We are looking for energetic and reliable individuals who possess strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:1. Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing support and assistance with account-related inquiries.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.3. Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for account growth and revenue generation.4. Analyze account data and trends to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services.5. Prepare and present reports on account performance and customer feedback to internal stakeholders.6. Assist with the resolution of customer issues and escalations in a timely and professional manner.7. Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge of products and services.8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.2. Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or account management.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.5. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.6. Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team.7. Energetic and reliable personality traits.8. Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
