Paradigm Education Solutions is looking for a motivated and committed Account Manager to join our team. This role is responsible for generating leads, determining opportunities, closing small deals, passing large opportunities to the Business Development team, and supporting customers after adoption. This position will work in office in Dubuque, Iowa.
What Will You Do? As an Account Manager your daily focus will be managing customer needs, researching lead sources, following up on marketing generated leads, and capturing contact information in Paradigm's CRM. This individual will gain a deep understanding of the prospecting need for each market and discipline through market research. This position will be responsible for validating and nurturing leads to be demo ready, by gaining an understanding of their unique needs and creating a foundational relationship with all potential and existing customers.
The Account Manager will work with marketing communications in recommending marketing campaigns, as well as providing content ideas for social media campaigns. This individual will also identify events (in person, virtual, and hybrid) for evaluation.
