Responsibilities: Compose and revise legal papers Communicate with clients when necessary Create and modify documents Structure briefs, pleadings, and other legal paperwork File legal documents electronically Handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously Assist with various administrative tasks as needed Oversee the medical records procedure: Request, Review, Index, & Summarize Requirements :
High school diploma is required Associate/bachelor's degree or paralegal certification preferred 3+ years' experience in a legal support role (such as a paralegal or legal assistant) Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite required Capable to adapt Able to learn and use Case Management Software Must be a team-player, self-reliant, well-organized, patient, and have a desire for growth Work Model On-Site Monday - Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM Interested and qualified candidates can contact Emily Bredthauer at or email .
