Responsibilities
• Welcome and assist customers with enthusiasm and friendliness• Manage customer flow and deliver a five-star customer service experience• Address customer concerns and escalate when necessary• Promote alteration services and personalization options• Maintain store standards and dress code policy• Respond to customer questions and provide product information• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships• Process orders and ensure first quality standards for merchandise• Process transactions accurately at the cash wrap• Assist with sales promotions and visual updates
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• 1-2 years of prior retail experience• Ability to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds• Strong communication and problem-solving skills• Ability to use computers and electronic devices for extended periods of time
