This is a part-time position with an associate level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will possess excellent project management skills, as well as a high level of emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and issues via web chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies- Utilize project management skills to prioritize and address customer needs effectively- Demonstrate strong emotional intelligence to handle difficult customer interactions with empathy and professionalism- Work independently from home to exceed customer expectations and provide exceptional service- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize customer satisfaction and experience

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service or related field- Excellent written communication skills- Proficiency in multitasking and time management- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Strong project management skills- High emotional intelligence and ability to empathize with customers- Must be dedicated and hardworking
