Vietnamese Content Rater

Role OverviewWe are looking for a Vietnamese Content Rater to join our team. As a Vietnamese Content Rater, you will be responsible for evaluating and rating various types of content in Vietnamese according to predefined guidelines. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to maintain objectivity while assessing content quality.Key Responsibilities:- Evaluate content across various platforms including websites, social media, and other digital mediums.- Apply predefined criteria to assess the relevance, accuracy, and quality of content in Vietnamese.- Rate content based on established guidelines, ensuring consistency and accuracy in assessments.- Provide detailed feedback on content quality, highlighting areas for improvement when necessary.- Collaborate with team members to ensure alignment and consistency in rating decisions.- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in content guidelines to enhance rating accuracy.- Maintain productivity and quality standards while meeting established deadlines.- Adhere to confidentiality and data security protocols when handling sensitive information.Experience and Skills Required:- Native-level of Vietnamese.- Deep knowledge of the Vietnamese culture and society.- A bachelor's degree in a relevant field would be preferred but not essential.- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain focus while reviewing content.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and apply guidelines effectively.- Basic understanding of digital content platforms and social media.- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.- Flexibility to adapt to evolving guidelines and priorities.- Previous experience in content evaluation or rating is a plus, but not required.- Customer Service experience will be highly valuable.Please submit your resume outlining your interest in the position.
