Vice President - Driver Development

Responsibilities:
Provide high-level direction and planning for the day-to-day operations of the Driver Development team.
Develop and implement action plans to tackle obstacles and drive strategic growth.
Lead by example, offering inspired leadership and mentorship to your team.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize driver development processes.
Foster a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence.
Talent Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant professional experience.
Seven or more years of experience in transportation preferred.
Proven track record of leadership, with previous experience managing a team.
Bachelor's Degree in Transportation/Logistics/Supply Chain, or related field preferred.
Strong ability to process information accurately and energetically.
Exceptional multitasking and prioritization skills.
Proficiency in computer applications and navigating multiple programs.
Demonstrated "All In to Win" attitude, self-motivation, and eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
