Responsibilities
• Provide excellent customer service and support to internal and external staff• Review, analyze, and rate new and renewal business• Navigate multiple IT systems to rate and issue truck business• Review and evaluate documents for compliance with underwriting guidelines• Maintain knowledge of underwriting process and participate in training• Handle requests and inquiries from agents, retailers, and insureds• Perform routine servicing of policies and drafting of endorsements• Order underwriting reports for data compilation• Perform administrative duties and provide back-up services for the department• Assist in the development of process flows for new programs
Requirements
• 1 or more years of insurance experience, commercial auto/general liability preferred• Experience with ISO rating/forms a plus• Self-motivated and results oriented• Capable of working with internal and external teams and partners• Superior customer experience skills• Positive attitude and professional demeanor• Ability to meet deadlines and adapt to changing priorities• Strong computer skills, including Excel and Outlook• 4-year college degree required• Excellent communication, customer focus, teamwork, and technical skills
