What You'll Do
As a Training Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating training for dealership personnel and internal staff throughout North America. Your responsibilities will include coordinating training plans, managing learning management systems, and providing administrative support to the training team. Here's a detailed overview of what you'll be doing:
Learning Management System Administration:
Manage web-based training courses, schedules, and locations.
Collaborate with training developers and vendors to create training materials.
Maintain communication templates and certification pathways.
Ensure accuracy and relevance of training information on internal platforms.
Training Coordination:
Assist in organizing logistics for instructor-led classes.
Manage vendor invoices and payment processes.
Prepare training reports and assist with classroom setup.
Support maintenance of training facilities and equipment.
Training Program Development and Maintenance:
Collaborate on the development of instructor-led and online training materials.
Assist with photo shoots and maintain electronic libraries of course materials.
Coordinate machine inventory and logistics for regional training.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Strong organizational and time management skills
Experience with learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone SBX (Saba)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
An Associate's degree (Bachelor's preferred)
5-7 years of relevant experience
Fluent Korean language skills preferred but not required
Ability to travel up to 20%
