We are expanding and looking to add a Thread Roll Set Up Operator to our team! The successful candidate will have previous experience operating or set up experience on any of these styles of rollers: EWM - Ingramatic - Hartford's. If invited for an interview, please ask about the sign on bonus!
Responsibilities Set-up, operate and tear down specific machinery for each of the jobs performed according to the job card. Change tooling and make adjustments to keep machinery operational. Prepare machinery for next jobs. Use measurement equipment and perform SPC on parts. Perform basic maintenance and tooling on machines. Troubleshoot operational problems. Assist in the training of new associates. Completes all required paperwork Housekeeping of work area. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications Physically able to lift, bend, stoop, climb, and reach. Good communication skills. High School Diploma or equivalent. Knowledgeable in use of precision measurement equipment. Able to demonstrate mechanical ability from previous work history or equivalent. Able to read a blueprint. You should be proficient in:
Machine Setups for Production Runs Blueprint Reading Mechanical Troubleshooting Skills High School / GED Excellent Communication Skills Shop Math Skills Machines & technologies you'll use:
