DescriptionPosition at Dealer Specialties Dealer Specialties, a division of Dominion Dealer Solutions, is currently seeking a successful Territory Market Manager for our Memphis, TN territory. The purpose of this job is to assign and direct all work performed in the market and to supervise all areas of operation.  
Automotive Industry Experience Required  Consider Your Opportunity Establish and grow the Dealer Specialties brand throughout the marketRecruit, develop, provide direction and lead service managers and account representativesManage and review P&L statementsDevelop and maintain strong relationships with dealerships and dealership groupsCoach and mentor the entire teamManage the performance of the market through employee performance reviews and daily quality checks Communicate vision and goals to the entire team and assist them with sales strategiesAssist in the development/penetration of new products through daily and weekly visits with customersContribute Your Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Leadership success of the Route/Sales team requiredTwo or more years of success managing managersFive or more years performing relationship management with team members and customersTwo or more years of expertise in brand management Management of a team with 10+ members preferredRecruiting and hiring skillsStrengths and business competencies that include building effective teams, customer focus, drive for results, listening, problem-solving, decision quality, motivating others, integrity, and trust, priority settingPossess a valid driver's license with a good driving historyThis role offers abase salary of approximately $50,000 annually plus bonus. Compensation factors include geography, experience, education, job demands, job market, etc.  Additional benefits include medical, dental, vision, flexible spending account; 401k, matching up to 4% fully vested on day one of employment; paid vacation, company holidays and sick leave; corporate discount opportunities.
