Syndeo is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Temporary Project Admin / Receptionist to assist our Project Managers in coordinating and managing projects from start to finish. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, assisting with safety-related activities, onboarding, and HR liaison functions. Responsibilities:
Assist project management with administrative tasks such as ordering and tracking of materials. Provide customer service (via phone and in person) to ensure that clients are satisfied with the project management services being provided. Support the coordination and management of projects by researching information, scheduling meetings, and keeping track of project progress. Perform administrative tasks such as estimating admin, scheduling meetings, and completing any tasks assigned by the Project Manager in an efficient and timely manner. Coordinate with a 3rd party safety expert to perform job site inspections, track and perform safety training, perform incident investigations, and maintain PPE stock levels, including Arc Flash, LOTO, and fall protection. Provide safety-related documentation as needed for bids and customers. Conduct onboarding training for new employees on safety, site-specific training, and equipment training. Manage HR functions such as entering new employees into the system, managing resignations and finalizing them, keeping in touch with a 3rd party HR company regularly, updating all ERP and HR information, keeping all employee files up to date, assisting in enrollment of benefits, and sending out benefit packets. Assist with keeping sales leads organized, making hotel reservations, handling One Call (Dig Safe), and equipment tracking. Qualifications:
Knowledge of safety regulations and safety equipment. (Preferred) Familiarity with HR functions such as onboarding and benefit enrollment. (Preferred) Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong communication, customer service, and organizational skills. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office suite and database management Job Type: Full-time Temporary Mon-Fri 8 am -4:30 pm
