Responsibilities
• Disassemble, record condition, and assemble field return parts• Support cross-functional teams in identifying root causes of issues• Assist with part receiving tests, repairs, and end of line tests• Inspect, identify, and accurately report inspection findings• Support campaign and containment activities• Work in accordance with standard methods• Promote and maintain a safe and organized working environment• Support production activities• Collaborate with field service, production, and product development teams• Properly document repairs completed and in process
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent required• Minimum one year experience as an Automotive Repair Technician, Diagnostic Technician, or mechanical or electrical production experience• Ability to identify electrical and mechanical components used in EV propulsion systems• Basic understanding of testing low voltage electrical circuits• Ability to properly operate hand tools including powered and non-powered torque wrenches• Strong verbal and written communication and organization skills• Ability to convert to a production-oriented mindset when necessary• Ability to travel domestically up to 30%• Ability to support alternate shifts and work schedules if needed• Minimum age of 21
