Indotronix is seeking Technician Associate - Line Data in Tulsa, OK location Position: Technician Associate - Line Data Admin Location: Tulsa, OK
Duration: 12 Months Minimum Requirements: Education and Work Experience: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years or related work experience; or an Associate's Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Civil/ Mechanical Engineering Technology or related field. Two year technical or Assc degree is preferred. Knowledge of utility, electrical or electronic information will be extremely helpful.
Description: Technician Associate - Line Data Admin. 40 hour work week. 4 x 10s or 5 x 8s
OT is occasional (as needed) with HM permission.
Travel 5% would consist of occasional meeting or field visit.
Job designation is onsite.
Job Summary: 1. Technical Proficiency: Possesses technical knowledge acquired from an Associate Degree in Electrical/Electronic/ Civil/Mechanical Engineering Technology. Gains knowledge of standards, codes, and regulations relevant to area of assignment. Gains knowledge with pertinent equipment, material, systems, and business processes. Assists employees in handling defined portions of routine problems when beneficial to CLIENT. Possesses basic computer literacy, knowledge, and skills.
2. Leadership & Guidance: Performs work activities as assigned and coached by higher level employees. Demonstrates ability to work with others in supplying information and seeking assistance as necessary.
3. Planning & Organization Ability: Plans work in accordance with CLIENT standard planning practices. Prioritizes routine work to meet the demands of the company. Maintains accurate records.
4. Problem Solving & Initiative: Applies technical knowledge and experience in resolving problems encountered in assigned work. Uses initiative in looking for opportunities to improve the process and increase job knowledge/technical skills. Seeks out, compiles, analyzes, and interprets information necessary to perform work activities and solve problems.
5. Communication & Interpersonal Skills: Communicates effectively, both orally and in writing with internal and external customers. Assists in the preparation of technical reports and papers. Demonstrates the ability to be a team player. Relates to people in an open, friendly, and sincere manner.
6. Decision Making & Business Awareness: Develops decision-making skills based on sound judgment and job knowledge. Develops an understanding of the roles and responsibilities of the local organizational unit.

Valid driver's license and good driving record
Electric Utility Background
Nice to have: Experience and/or knowledge of: Webex, OneNote, SharePoint, Adobe Acrobat MAXIMO, Visio, Scanview, SnagIT, DS Track, Clearion.
**Clearion is an application used by T Line and forestry to manage inspections, record inspection data, write work orders and track completed task associated with T Line activities. ** Experience with this application would be extremely helpful, however, training will be provided at the time of hire. **
Job Duties: Data Review
Review backlog of ITIS conditions in Clearion for accuracy
Verify conditions migrated from ITIS into Clearion
Remove completed ITIS conditions in Clearion
o Remove ITIS conditions in Clearion with pending/ valid work orders.
o Field verification
o Closed work order review
Coordinate FMP completion needs with local supervision.
Data Entry: Support Client Line Coordinators with Clearion data entry
o Condition Lifecycle Management
o Create Assessments in Clearion Web per each line
o Create and review conditions within each assessment in Clearion X
o Create tasks for conditions in Clearion X in order to work and complete condition
o Create work groups in Clearion Web per each line for preparing scheduled work.
o Assign tasks to each work group in Clearion Web for work completion
o Assign task to crews in Clearion X to NE crew leader for in field completion
o Complete work tasks for NE crew leaders when necessary and obtain structure pictures
o Complete the FMP cycle within ten days of job completion
o Enter all necessary details and information regarding each structure for FMP completion
o Once job is completed, track all necessary information and charges per work order accuracy
o Assist coordinators and supply information for monthly work order tracking meetings
o Assist coordinators and line personnel with FAC-008 issues and data entry in Clearion X
Coordinate FMP completion and submittal with contract resource
o Obtain all necessary information from contractor groups needed to complete FMP cycle
o Complete the FMP cycle within ten days of job completion
o Enter all necessary details and information regarding each structure for FMP completion
o Once job is completed, track all necessary information and charges per work order accuracy
Data Auditing
Monitor condition lifecycle management in Clearion with respect to internal guidelines and policies for timeliness
o Creation
o Completion
o FMP compliance
o Work order closure
o Close assessments within Clearion Web for accuracy
o Close work groups within Clearion Web for accuracy and condition completion
o Verify conditions are removed from Clearion with closing each work group.
o Modify each work group and assessment to maintain a targeted due date of work completion within Clearion Web
Coordinate reporting to local management to demonstrate condition lifecycle management success and foster local accountability
o Leverage dashboards and other reporting metrics
Establish and execute standard process for reviewing data compliance on emergent work
o Condition creation, completion, FMP
