Responsibilities
• Facilitating Federal C&I engagements related to sustainability and ESG• Identifying opportunities and advising clients on benefits and eligibility requirements• Maintaining strong internal and client relationships• Developing processes and materials for benefit calculations• Collaborating with member firms for work streams• Proposing solutions and implementing process improvement strategies• Ensuring accurate and timely delivery of engagement deliverables• Monitoring legislative and regulatory tax developments• Supporting internal initiatives and special tax projects
Requirements
• Ability to perform job responsibilities in a hybrid work model• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, engineering, technology, or related field• 3+ years' experience in related field• Analytical and research skills, effective communication• Leadership skills and ability to collaborate• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel• Ability to travel 25%• CPA or other relevant designations• Strong organizational and time management skills• Experience working in a virtual/global environment• Passion for technology and excellent research/writing skills• Previous Big 4 or large CPA/law firm experience
