Responsibilities
• Keeping fixtures stocked with merchandise and maintaining overall store cleanliness• Completing tasks as assigned and ensuring all tasks are executed as planned• Managing task dashboard and ensuring timely completion of all operational processes• Contributing to an inclusive environment that supports teammates and peers• Participating regularly in ongoing training and completing daily digital trainings• Completing merchandise resets, planograms, marketing displays, and physical inventory procedures• Processing shipment using Ulta Beauty's technology and best practices• Replenishing, signing, and facing assigned work area• Maintaining store standards and overall store cleanliness• Ensuring compliance with Ulta Beauty's policies, procedures, and standards• Providing exceptional guest service and maintaining awareness to reduce potential theft• Executing other operational tasks as directed
Requirements
• High school diploma preferred• 1 year of relevant work experience or equivalent combination of education and work experience preferred• Proficient with basic technology (e.g., POS system and Apple devices)• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Ability to problem solve• Work a flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, overnights, and holidays• Continuous mobility throughout the store• Ability to lift and/or move 10 lbs. to 40 lbs.
