Survey Interviewer Location Memphis, TN (Downtown area) : The survey interviewer supports the implementation of the overall program of data collection for the Department of Epidemiology. This role specifically supports the St. Jude LIFE program. Main tasks are contacting and scheduling interview appointments with participants and conducting telephone interviews, and performing data entry, electronic data collection, and tracing to support clinical research and ensures efficient, timely delivery. Preparing files for the various studies and working a flexible schedule (e.g. nights and weekends)to accommodate research participant schedules. You must be able to work one weekday (M-F) until 8 pm and a combination of 8 hours on Saturday and/or Sunday. You'll need: A high school diploma or GED and some experience in a research or medical/hospital environment is preferred. Apply today and join our mission! Assist clinical research study team(s) in general administrative activities under guidance. Maintain sufficient inventory of material, supplies, and equipment for performance of clinical research-related activities. Assist with the dispensation and receipt of study-related information (e.g., test samples, regulatory documents, etc.). Participate in data retrieval, reporting, and preparation of files for various studies. Escalate issues and problems according to set standards and processes. Perform other duties as assigned to meet the goals and objectives of the department and institution. Maintains regular and predictable attendance. Minimum Education and/or Training: High School Diploma/GED required. Bachelor's degree in relevant area preferred. Minimum Experience: Minimum Requirement: Experience in a research or medical/hospital environment preferred. Compensation
In recognition of certain U.S. state and municipal pay transparency laws, St. Jude is including a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. This is an estimate offered in good faith and a specific salary offer takes into account factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the salary range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
