Support Representative

Job Description:

International Paper is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. As an entry-level position, no prior experience is required, making this an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional support to customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat- Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and escalations in a timely and professional manner- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer concerns and ensure satisfaction- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and improve overall customer experience- Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements:- Reliable and energetic personality traits to effectively engage with customers and handle high-pressure situations- Soft skills such as adaptability and negotiation to navigate various customer interactions and find solutions- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry- High school diploma or equivalent
