Job Description:Domtar is seeking a motivated and experienced Support Manager to join our team, working from home in Denver, Colorado. As a Support Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a team of support representatives, ensuring they deliver exceptional service to our customers. This role requires strong leadership skills, a customer-centric mindset, and the ability to drive results.
Responsibilities:1. Manage a team of support representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed.2. Monitor performance metrics and KPIs to ensure the team is meeting or exceeding goals.3. Handle escalations from customers and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.4. Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and product development, to improve the customer experience.5. Develop and implement processes and procedures to streamline support operations.6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer support.7. Communicate effectively with team members, upper management, and customers.8. Lead by example, exhibiting a strong work ethic and dedication to excellence.
Requirements:1. 8+ years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial position.2. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field.3. Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer service.4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.5. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and customer relationship management software.
