Supply Chain Process Lead

Key Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Work closely with our Global Supply Chain team to develop and implement standardized processes for data management, demand planning, capacity planning, purchasing, and logistics.
Performance Monitoring: Drive improvement in key performance indicators (KPIs) by aligning processes and data, conducting root cause analysis, and developing new metrics to enhance process efficiency.
Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, seeking feedback and opportunities for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
5+ years of experience in supply chain roles, preferably within manufacturing.
Experience with supply chain systems such as QAD, APS, Factivity, etc. is a plus.
