Superintendent - Construction

Position Overview: We are looking to hire an experienced Superintendent - Construction to oversee the day-to-day operations of our construction projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project budgets, timelines, and quality standards while ensuring that all required materials and resources are available. They must be able to work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget.
Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage all construction projects from start to finish, including project budgeting, scheduling, and quality control. Work closely with contractors and subcontractors to ensure that all tasks are completed on time and within budget. Ensure that all safety protocols are followed and that all materials and resources are available. Resolve any conflicts or issues that may arise during a project in a timely manner. Ensure that all projects meet all local, state, and federal regulations. Develop reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of progress. Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in Construction Management, Architecture, or related field. 5+ years of experience in a construction superintendent role. Knowledge and experience in road construction, cement, concrete, and other related materials. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain high levels of productivity.
