Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our growing team of professionals working on ground up commercial construction projects. The Superintendent will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are completed on time and in accordance with company standards and regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and supervise all elements of the construction process including materials, subcontractors, and personnel Ensure that all projects are completed in a safe and efficient manner, in accordance with OSHA 30 regulations Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Manage materials, equipment, and personnel to ensure that quality standards are met Conduct regular safety inspections and ensure compliance with all applicable building codes and regulations Prepare reports and provide progress updates to the Project Manager Qualifications:
At least 5 years of experience as a Superintendent in ground up commercial construction Experience in managing subcontractors and personnel Familiarity with all applicable building codes and regulations Extensive knowledge of OSHA 30 and safety procedures CPR & First Aid Certification Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
