Summary:

Under the General Supervision of the Summer Food Program Director
General Duties:
Ensures the Head Cooks, Assistant Cooks, and Program Managers are in compliance with proper food management.
Finalize all menu items for the week and finalize the food order before they are placed.
Make sure that all meals meet the Program requirements.
Must be able to supervise employees, and make sure all daily requirements.
Must be able to comply with all the Program requirements.
Must be able to work without supervision.
Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Must have a Valid Driver's License and Personal Vehicle.
Must have prior experience with supervision/ management skills.
Must have experience in food management.
