We are seeking a student to perform service center tasks including monthly billing, maintaining consumable inventory, assisting with cost projections and equipment use rate derivation, tracking and verifying all service center expenses, reconciling monthly credit card transaction reports, and maintaining QuickBooks & Excel databases.
Required Qualifications: Must be a USU student majoring in Accounting or Business Must be able to work 20 hours per week during the school year and 40 hours per week during the summer Self-motivated and able to follow directions Able to work with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Strong verbal and written communications skills Must be able to stock and maintain inventory (pushing carts, stocking items, etc.) Must have the ability to work effectively independently Must be a U.S. Citizen or lawful permanent resident Preferred Qualifications: Sophomore level or higher Student Scholar Program: SDL provides unique opportunities for student employees, such as hands-on experience and our Student Scholar program.
