Responsibilities
• Maintain all areas of the store under the direction of stockroom manager and the rest of the management staff• Work closely with the sales staff, store designer, and managers to maintain the sales area• Operate and maintain all stockroom equipment and tools• Support the salesfloor as needed or as directed• Provide gracious and efficient customer service• Execute activities associated with merchandise shipments• Perform store maintenance• Process incoming and outgoing packages• Organize store supplies and maintain inventory levels• Process transfers on a timely basis• Facilitate customer pick ups• Maintain awareness and follow loss prevention, security, and safety guidelines• Promote a strong sense of teamwork with all CB2 associates
Requirements
• Enthusiasm and desire to learn• Good reading, written, and verbal language skills (English)• Good communication and organizational skills• Ability to work independently and as part of a team• Detail-oriented• Ability to move merchandise up to and over 70 lbs• Full-Time roles: Open availability to work flexible hours on weekdays, evenings, and weekends• Part-Time roles: Availability to work two or more weekend days and at least one weekday or night
