Job summary
The Staffing Specialist is responsible for filling client orders with qualified Tradesmen Field Employees (FE's)They use a high-volume internal recruiting strategy and process to find new recruitsStaffing Specialists also support the sales process and perform inside sales and client relations

Responsibilities
• Ensure safety culture is maintained by selecting qualified and safety-minded FE's• Conduct thorough and compliant interviews and maintain accurate safety records• Fill orders by recruiting and selecting the best internal and external candidates• Maintain accurate FE records and lead lists• Coordinate projects and provide ongoing oversight• Lead strategic operations meetings and support sales• Manage relationships with sales and project needs• Utilize the internal recruiting process to inform sales and quickly react to new orders
Requirements
• Previous HR/Staffing or Recruiting background preferred• Experience with remote collaboration tools and meeting platforms• Exceptional communication skills• Strong attention to detail and organization skills• Thrives in fast-paced, high-volume environment• Capable of learning new processes and systems quickly
