This position will focus on managing the technical adoption of our transformation efforts. As part of the Advanced EV team, you'll be working in a dynamic setting where solutions and processes evolve quickly. Your role will be crucial in managing these changes while maintaining our capability to deliver our projects on time. You'll be the go-to person for ensuring clear communication and precise training, helping everyone on the team perform at their best.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Change Management Communication Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading the development and implementation of communication strategies to support organizational change initiatives. The Change Management Communication Specialist will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure effective communication and engagement throughout the change process. The successful candidate will play an essential part in the success of our digital transformation program. Responsibilities What you'll be able to do: Lead the creation of technical change communication strategy plans and determine how their effectiveness will be measured and analyze in light of the objectives of our digital transformation strategy. Develop, implement, and track communication plans to ensure the success of change management initiatives for our digital transformation goals. Partner with technical leaders, managers, and HR identify communication needs, targeted messaging, and any additional change management needs to support the adoption holistic change/adoption. Create content for various communication channels, including emails, newsletters, presentations. Partner with stakeholder and human resources on training and development initiatives related to digital transformation. Serve as a liaison between different departments to ensure consistent messaging and alignment with organizational goals. Qualifications Preferred Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Communication, Marketing, Business, or related field 5+ years of experience working in an organization that designs and manufactures complex hardware products. Automotive industry experience preferred.
