Sr. Buyer-blow molding/plastic injection equipment
A global leader in molding technologies has a need for a Sr. Buyer for procurement of materials for blow molding machinery and products. This Sr. Buyer opportunity will be responsible for ensuring company operational needs are met, considering price, quality, and delivery to ensure the continuity of supply.
REQUIRED:
* Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain related field
* 5yrs of buying/planning experience or at least 8yrs of related experience is required
* Working knowledge of supply chain metrics
* Able to support the management team in achieving cost reductions and quality and delivery initiatives
* Able to communicate forecast plans to gain buy-in from sales, supply chain, and manufacturing
* SAP
