Position Overview
This role will focus on supporting solutions, changes, updates and implementations within our logistics technology stack including WMS (warehouse management systems), YMS (yard management systems), LMS (labor management systems) and new technologies.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities - As a Senior Analyst, Logistics Business Solutions responsibilities and typical activities will include, but are not limited to the following : · Drives advanced systems and data research to identify issues, sources of problems, data defining the issues, problem solving to correct problems using our systems
· Documentation of changes including process mapping, data definitions and mapping, data sources, data collection, and data reliability
· Requirements and data gathering for projects, changes or new systems
· Effective communication with timely updates, status and delivery of documentation, analysis and testing to stakeholders
· Provide ad-hoc data analysis and business support as needed
· Ability to independently manage priorities, coordinate multiple and complex projects.
· Support leadership team in creating business requirement documents
· Support presentation materials based upon conceptual descriptions
· Actively participate and contribute to meetings, workshops and presentations
· Prepare effective written correspondence and effectively present information in a group setting
· Assist in the design of data from systems to other systems to achieve integrations that are robust, reliable and effective
· Strong curiosity and bias towards improving, automating and detecting processes using technology, data and events
· Ensure documentation for existing processes to support training materials, enhancement history and future project needs
· Proactively identify issues and risks and/or opportunities for timely consideration
· Analyzes and define functional requirements that can improve operational process
· Other duties as assigned

Demonstrated command of the English language, both written and oral Ability to attend and contribute effectively to meetings. Ability to provide internal teams with relevant information. · Able to effectively prioritize work assignments.
Ability to develop effective working relationships at all organizational levels Ability to acquire new applications skills and/or process, researching independently Bachelor of Science degree in supply chain, information technology, analytics or engineering preferred or significant relevant experience in warehouse setting with WMS systems experience Ralph Lauren will consider for employment qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records in a manner consistent with the requirements of the law, including any applicable fair chance laws.
