Responsibilities
• Design, develop, and deliver operational reports, dashboards, and visualizations• Translate business requirements into report requirements• Build useful reporting deliverables in accordance with project requirements• Test and validate reports for accuracy and integrity• Troubleshoot and correct reported issues• Develop stored procedures using T-SQL• Research data and data relationships• Assess reporting needs and provide recommendations• Develop ETL jobs to migrate data• Maintain documentation of reports• Create and maintain training and support materials for technology applications• Provide reporting support and guidance to other users• Gain understanding of underlying data and become an expert in its use• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle• Possibly provide application support for a custom application
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related field• 2-4 years' experience in SQL/Report development• 2-4 years of relational database experience• Knowledge and experience using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)• Expertise in building complex SQL queries• Experience with designing, developing, and troubleshooting reports• Knowledge of ETL processes and data warehousing• Nice to have: Salesforce, Power BI
