Your Key Responsibilities Executing projects and assuming responsibilityPlan, implement, execute SMB projectsLead the project, collaborating with the SMB core teamManage the project breakdown structurePlan and execute project tmelines, check achievement, track milestone dates for each projectMonitor, report, set up recurring and regular core team meetingsReport progress, escalate  and issuesAchieve agreed upon project goals (content, quantity, date and costs) Your Qualifications A.S. Degree, B.S., Business Degree, Engineer / Industrial Engineer / Technician or comparablePreferred 3+ years of professional experience in project managementPreferably certified according to general project management standards (PMI, IPMA, GPF)Possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsSelf-motivated with goal-oriented focusKnowledge of common project management toolsGood facilitating and presentation skillsIntensive experience in MOVE and lean productionWillingness to travel As a global company with employees around the world, it is important to us that we treat each other with respect and value all ideas and perspectives.
