Responsibilities:
Collaborate with a supportive team of educators, therapists, and administrators to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to meet the diverse needs of students.
Provide compassionate and effective instruction, support, and accommodations to ensure every student can access and excel in the curriculum.
Foster a nurturing and inclusive learning environment where students feel empowered to succeed academically and socially.
Cultivate strong partnerships with students, families, and community stakeholders, serving as a dedicated advocate and resource throughout the educational journey.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education or related field.
State certification or licensure in Special Education (if applicable).
Previous experience working with students with disabilities is highly valued.
Exceptional communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
