Responsibilities
• Administer applied behavior analysis programming to children with ASD• Work with interdisciplinary team supporting children with ASD• Serve as a behavior therapist in various settings• Administer therapeutic behavioral supports in homes and inclusive settings• Support children in all areas of development• Implement teaching and behavior plans• Collect and maintain data during sessions• Maintain confidentiality of children, families, and staff• Attend collaboration meetings, in-service trainings, and workshops• Work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Requirements
• Experience with children with ASD or related disorders• Knowledge and implementation of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)• Ability to work in a fast-paced, flexible environment• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting• Verbal and written communication skills• BS. or B.A. degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Child Development, Education, or Special Education preferred, or be a Registered Behavior Technician• May need to lift a minimum of 45 pounds• Computer skills related to word documents, spreadsheet development, and data management
